Action Items

I was working with a technician yesterday and set their schedule up for them in job tasks.They are also Beta testing, so of coarse using the 3.0 app. When they opened the app and went into there action items, their jobs were available. The issue I'm having though, is when the technican is on-site if they click on that specific job with action items it asks "Would you like to attempt to process... and whatever it is relating to. If the technician hits this, it completes the task and takes it off the schedule. I need the technician to be able to enter the job from job tasks so that they can follow the schedule. We already have this feature in 2.0 so hope we can use it the same way in 3.0

    I think I see what you mean, and captured the attached screen shots.  Please advise if I understand this item correctly.

    In 2.0, Navigate using menu to Action Items, Job Action items

    (Note: this is a test job, and MY NAME is used as the Customer name, so no Privacy issue here)

    The items have a hyperlink to open the job in 2.0.  3.0 does NOT provide the ability to navigate to the job from the Action item, and Techs have come to rely on this feature, so we need it retained in 3.0

    That is exactly right, we would like the hyperlink to direct us to the job. Based on the PDF that is what I was looking for!

    Even after the update, I still do not have the hyperlink ability to direct myself from the task straight to the job. This needs to be done, this is a huge function within our office
