We downloaded the mobile app today and it keep getting an error message to reset your password or be forced to log out. (we have already reset the password) I have to shut down the app in order to get in.

iphone 6 - after 3 attempts at closing the app. it let us in as usual.

    I have not been able to log on since downloading the app today. It came up with a message that my password needs to be reset in 5 days and after that the login screen just keeps looping.
