Scanning Equipment kicks you out of the program

When we try to scan equipment into the job on the initial visit as soon as we are finished scanning it kicks us out of the program and when you go back in it hasn't stored anything and you did previously and just keeps doing the same thing. You are unable to complete the visit. We downloaded the latest version hoping it would be resolved but it's still doing it.
