Issue Signing/Viewing Documents

We are not able to move the documents down to get full signatures on documents or to read the entire document.  This works correctly on 2.0

    Here you go.

    What we observed is it works horizontal but does not work vertical. This works for both on 2.0

    Also jobs that we pin do not remain at the top when you go in/out of the app.

    Doug, per our discussion on the call this week, if this feature works in 2.0, but is not working in 3.0, the "Idea Type" needs to be set to "Other Issue", not Enhancement.  Can you please edit your original post to change the Idea Type?  Thanks!

    Hey Doug, are you guys still experiencing this issue? We reconfigured a few things on the document screens to improve the signature boxes, and I'm wondering if that fixed this issue as well. I've tried several documents on a few different devices, and was able to scroll successfully. If it is still occurring, let me know what device it's happening on and what document(s) that aren't working for you.

    This still does NOT work. IPAD. Job number 17-0138 look on in the work authorization folder.

    This continues to be a big issue.  The new app does not work with signing the documents.
