"This document has already been signed" message on saving a signed document

Opened a document for signature, customer signed, saved document, received this message, see screen shot.  The document was being signed for the first time, so this message should not have been received.

After receiving the error message, I checked the document status and it shows as signed and I verified the signed document is attached to the job on the Enterprise server.  The error message did not prevent the successful completion of document signing, but needs to be addressed.

    Hey Kat, could you try replicating this one again? If it happens again, will you send me the Job#? I've tried several doc signatures on iOS and Android yesterday and today, and they worked for me. I'm wondering if maybe it has something to do with particular documents.
