Job List needs to contain ALL jobs, not just jobs in an Open status.

Currently Page 2 of the Condensed guide indicates that we can see ALL jobs however, it really is all OPEN jobs. We need the ability to really see ALL jobs not just open jobs. The reason for this, as an example is:
1) Customer calls in to have up pick up a lock box – Technician can’t locate job to access address, however, we can put a Closed job on the schedule
2) Customer calls to have us look at a packout for re-construction for a water job that is already closed in our system.
3) Customer calls to have a re-inspection for any reason

All needs to really be ALL.

    I'm not sure what that might do to the performance of the application and updates. Would you be at all concerned that that will lead to clutter in the list ?

    I don't believe it would be an issue if it was on the Global search.  Currently we are able to put tasks on the calendar in the office for a closed job (i.e.  Meet customer to pick up lock box) and while the task appears on the mobile app so they know what to do they have no idea where to go or who to contact.

    That makes sense to me. Searching should be able to retrieve any job ideally.
