All Documents Available

Under the documents tab in 3.0 it only offers the documents placed there by Restore. Everyday, I need our technicians to view documents that we have added internally. It would be extremely beneficial to us if they could view the PDF documents once they have been placed in Misc Documents, Written Notes and Sketches.

    We also need the ability to add a franchises own internal documents to ADMIN JOBS that require customers signatures separate from what is assigned by the CCU per the SLA.  Without this feature it creates confusion with both customers and staff regarding what is necessary on a job/division.

    2.0 i can have additional documents signed in the field other than the program required documents. I need to have the same ability in 3.0

    This is critical to be done before the launch.  If this is not corrected I do not recommend the launch.

    This is a critical part of our business to be able to access the internal documents  such as  asbestos results ect..

    I was hoping this was going to be included in today's release.. This is such an important aspect to us as it dramatically affects our efficiency and productivity. The ability to view internal documents via the app should be a top priority. Thanks

    Are you guys still not seeing local documents in 3.0 that were added to a Job? They are showing for me when testing. If they aren't for you guys, could someone attach some screenshots of the same job from the old app and from 3.0 showing the differences in what documents are showing/not showing? We definitely want to address this, we just need a good example to help diagnose the problem. Thanks!

    Matt,

     With the most current version all of my documents are available to be attached and signed. I just checked it on a Respond generated State Farm PSP claim. And my default document types are there along with the required Respond documents.

    Matt, there is no difference in Apps on this issue. 2.0 does not offer this ability either.

    It will be a much needed addition to the app. If you refer to the photos you will see that the Beta is only offering the same standard documents that are attached to each job. The photo from the desktop shows the ability to view additional document specific to the job that would be helpful for technicians onsite. The photo shows a PDF labelled "Ticksheets" that is in the job, but if you refer to the documents photos of beta I can not view it.

    I misunderstood the issue, i agree with Myles Wesener, i cannot see any of the files i upload internally on the app either. But i can have all of our documents signed.

    Matt-  The documents seem to be working correctly.  Have you verified that the documents do get emailed to the client?

    The documents are available, however, some of the documents do not scroll so that you can obtain signatures.  This happened to me yesterday.

    Doug- You mentioned that your documents are available. Which ones are you referring to? At this stage, the biggest concern is getting ALL documents, internal or external that are available through the desktop, to the technicians in the field. So far, I have had no luck with this

    The documents are in, however, when we go to sign the document on the app the document does not scroll so we can sign the document.

    Our internal documents are in , however, on the app, when you go to get them signed the document does not scroll on the screen to show the signature box

    So you have the potential to view a PDF specific to the job, that you have attached from the desktop?

    Interesting, because I have the newest version of the app but I am not seeing what you are then

    I highly doubt that.

    They make work for you if your contract's are only one page.  We see the issue when the contracts are more than one page.

    Doug-Is it possible to upload a walk through video of how you are getting there?
